Baked Mahi Mahi Recipe

A simple and delicious recipe for baked Mahi Mahi, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a special occasion. The fish is flavored with a blend of spices and herbs, then baked to perfection.


  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Baking Dish: Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
