Big Mac Salad Recipe

A deconstructed version of the iconic Big Mac sandwich, this salad offers all the flavors you love in a lighter, low-carb format.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced dill pickle relish

For the dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Once cooked, remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, diced pickles, diced onions, and dill pickle relish.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
