  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

  1. Cook the Beef:
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  1. Add Onion and Seasonings:
  • Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute.
  1. Combine Ingredients:
  • Reduce the heat to low and add the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and dill pickle relish. Mix well to combine.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  1. Add Cheese:
  • Once the beef mixture has cooled slightly, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
  1. Fill the Egg Roll Wrappers:
  • Lay out an egg roll wrapper with one corner facing you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the cheeseburger filling in the center of the wrapper.
  • Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll up the wrapper tightly, sealing the top corner with a dab of water. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  1. Fry the Egg Rolls:
  • Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry the egg rolls in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove the egg rolls from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  1. Serve:
  • Serve the cheeseburger egg rolls hot with your favorite dipping sauces, such as ketchup, mustard, or a tangy special sauce.

Enjoy your cheeseburger egg rolls!
