Cheeseburger Pie Recipe

This hearty Cheeseburger Pie combines all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger in a comforting, easy-to-make dish. It’s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a weekend family meal.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Season the beef mixture with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
  4. Roll out the refrigerated pie crust and press it into a pie dish, trimming any excess crust from the edges.
  5. Spread half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the bottom of the pie crust.
  6. Spoon the cooked beef mixture on top of the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle the diced tomatoes over the beef mixture.
  8. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup and mustard. Spread this mixture over the tomatoes.
  9. Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
  11. Allow the pie to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy your delicious Cheeseburger Pie!
