  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the filling:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Prepare the crescent rolls:
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  4. Fill the crescent rolls:
Place a heaping tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture at the wide end of each crescent roll triangle. Roll up the dough, starting at the wide end, and tuck the corners to seal in the filling. Place the filled rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Butter and cinnamon-sugar topping:
Brush the melted butter over the top of each crescent roll. In a small bowl, mix together the remaining 1/4 cup of granulated sugar and 1 tsp of ground cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture generously over the buttered crescent rolls.
  6. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the filling is set.
  7. Cool and serve:
Allow the crescent rolls to cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Enjoy your Cheesecake Crescent Rolls as a delightful dessert or a sweet snack!
