Chicken and Broccoli Lasagna Recipe

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the cooked chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.

  12. Top with the remaining three lasagna noodles, the rest of the sauce, and the remaining cheese.
  13. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  14. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  15. Once done, remove the lasagna from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
