Crab and Shrimp Casserole Recipe

A delicious, creamy seafood casserole combining the delicate flavors of crab and shrimp, perfect for a cozy family dinner or a special occasion.


  • 1 lb crab meat, cooked and flaked
  • 1 lb shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat and shrimp.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, grated cheddar cheese, chopped onion, celery, green bell pepper, parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs with the melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
