Crispy Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 4 oz (113g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil spray


  1. Prepare the Mushrooms:
  • Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Set the caps aside and finely chop the stems.

  • In a medium bowl, combine the chopped mushroom stems, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
