  • Pickles
  • Sliced onions

  1. Prepare the Burger Patties:
  • Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
  • Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  1. Cook the Burger Patties:
  • Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt.
  1. Prepare the Buns:
  • While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  1. Assemble the Burgers:
  • Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.
  • Place the cooked patties with melted cheese on the bottom buns.
  • Add lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, and sliced onions on top of the patties.
  • Spread ketchup and mustard on the top half of each bun.
  • Close the burgers with the top buns.
  1. Prepare the Fries:
  • Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry the potato strips in batches until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch.

  • Season the fries with salt while they are still hot.
