  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 1/2 cup diced red onion

  • 1 cup Doritos, crushed
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning packet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring to evenly coat the meat. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
