  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 slices roast beef
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the biscuit dough package.
  2. Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits and flatten each one slightly with your hands.
  3. Place a slice of roast beef and half a slice of provolone cheese onto each biscuit.
  4. Fold the biscuit dough around the roast beef and cheese, pinching the edges to seal.
  5. Arrange the filled biscuits on a baking sheet and bake according to the package instructions, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. While the biscuits are baking, prepare the au jus. In a small saucepan, combine the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Heat the au jus over medium heat until it comes to a simmer. Reduce the heat and let it simmer gently while the biscuits finish baking.
  8. Once the biscuits are done, remove them from the oven and serve warm with the au jus for dipping.
  9. Enjoy your delicious French Dip Biscuits!
