French Dip Biscuits Recipe

A delightful twist on the classic French dip sandwich, these French Dip Biscuits are perfect for a cozy brunch or a satisfying dinner. Fluffy biscuits filled with tender roast beef and gooey cheese, served alongside a savory au jus for dipping.


  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 8 slices roast beef
  • 4 slices provolone cheese, halved
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the biscuit dough package.
  2. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
  3. Place a slice of roast beef and half a slice of provolone cheese on each biscuit.
  4. Fold the biscuit dough over the roast beef and cheese, pinching the edges to seal.
