Garlic Toast Sloppy Joes Recipe

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley


  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
