Gourmet Ribeye Baguette Recipe

  • 1 ribeye steak (8-10 ounces)
  • 1 French baguette
  • 1/2 cup caramelized onions
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the ribeye steak generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
  3. While the steak is resting, slice the French baguette lengthwise, leaving one side attached, creating a pocket for the fillings.
