Ham and Cheese Heaven Roll Casserole Recipe

This delightful Ham and Cheese Heaven Roll Casserole combines layers of savory ham, gooey cheese, and fluffy crescent rolls, creating a comforting and satisfying meal perfect for any time of day.

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 lb thinly sliced deli ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer Crescent Rolls: Unroll one can of crescent rolls and spread the dough in the bottom of the prepared baking dish, pressing the seams together to form a solid layer.
  3. Add Ham and Cheese: Evenly layer half of the ham slices over the crescent roll dough. Sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the ham.
  4. Second Layer: Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place it over the cheese layer, pressing the seams together again. Layer the remaining ham slices over this dough layer and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
  5. Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  6. Pour and Bake: Carefully pour the egg mixture evenly over the casserole. Use a fork to gently lift the layers so the egg mixture can seep down into the casserole.
  7. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the egg mixture is set.
  8. Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Cut into squares and serve warm.
