Elevate your steak with this rich and flavorful herb-infused butter. Perfect for enhancing the natural taste of your meat with aromatic herbs and a hint of garlic.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

  1. Prepare the Butter: In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Shape the Butter: Place the butter mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap. Roll it into a log shape, twisting the ends of the plastic wrap to seal. Alternatively, you can place the mixture in a small container or mold.
  3. Chill: Refrigerate the herb-infused butter for at least 1 hour, or until it is firm.
  4. Serve: When ready to use, slice the butter into discs and place one or two discs on top of your hot, cooked steak. Allow the butter to melt slightly before serving.
  5. Store: Any leftover herb butter can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week or in the freezer for up to three months.

Enjoy your perfectly enhanced steak with this simple yet delicious herb-infused butter!
