Loaded Cheesy Pocket Tacos are a delightful twist on traditional tacos, featuring a cheesy, crispy shell filled with seasoned beef, fresh veggies, and a variety of toppings. Perfect for a quick dinner or a fun party appetizer, these tacos will be a hit with everyone!


  • For the taco shells:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese blend)

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix (or homemade taco seasoning)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)

  • Shredded lettuce
