A delicious and easy-to-make wrap filled with seasoned ground beef, melty nacho cheese, and fresh vegetables, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas

  1. Cook the Beef:
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and let simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
  1. Prepare the Tortillas:
  • Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
  1. Assemble the Wraps:
  • Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface.
  • Spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce in the center of each tortilla.
  • Add a portion of the seasoned ground beef on top of the cheese sauce.
  • Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions, and sliced black olives.
  • Add a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  1. Wrap and Serve:
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to the top, making sure all the fillings are secured inside.
  • Cut each wrap in half, if desired, and serve immediately.

  • For added spice, you can include sliced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
  • If you prefer, you can substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef.
  • Add guacamole for an extra layer of flavor.

Enjoy your delicious and hearty Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap!
