A delightful twist on classic cinnamon rolls, these Oreo Cinnamon Rolls combine the rich, chocolaty flavor of Oreo cookies with the sweet, gooey goodness of cinnamon rolls. Perfect for a special breakfast treat or dessert.


For the Dough:

  • 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup warm milk (110°F/45°C)
  • 1 large egg

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10-12 cookies)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

For the Frosting:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tbsp milk


  1. Prepare the Dough:
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, yeast, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the warm milk, melted butter, and egg.
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
