Roast Chicken and Stuffing Casserole Recipe

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the stuffing mix according to the package instructions and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the condensed cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and milk. Mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in the chopped celery, onion, and carrots. Add the shredded chicken and mix well.
  5. Season with dried thyme, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Spoon the prepared stuffing evenly over the top of the chicken mixture.
