Spicy Beef Skewers with Chimichurri Sauce Recipe

Fire up your grill for these mouthwatering spicy beef skewers, perfectly paired with tangy chimichurri sauce. It’s a flavor explosion that’s sure to impress at your next barbecue!


  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Chimichurri Sauce:

  • 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add the beef cubes and toss until evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. While the beef is marinating, prepare the chimichurri sauce. In another bowl, mix together parsley, cilantro, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine. Set aside.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and has nice grill marks.
  6. Serve the spicy beef skewers hot off the grill with a generous drizzle of chimichurri sauce on top. Enjoy!
