  • 1 large head of cabbage

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cabbage:
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  • Carefully remove the core from the cabbage.
  • Place the cabbage in the boiling water, reduce the heat, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Gently remove the cabbage leaves one by one as they become tender. Set aside to cool.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, cooked rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, beaten egg, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
